We offer a range of electronic flasher/indicator units suitable for the control of filament and LED lighting in rail and road vehicles.
We have three off-the-shelf flasher/indicator units available, however if these do not suit your requirements, our engineering team can tailor our designs to suit various voltages, ratings and operating conditions as desired.
The FL0635 has been developed and tested in house by our engineering team to meet the demands of our customers. The design utilises highly reliable solid state switching devices for all channels to ensure a long service life of the component. This versatile product offers operation of filament or LED globes, self-calibrating lamp failure detection, alternating or simultaneous flashing, and a range of built in protection to ensure reliable operation.
The Vossloh Kiepe flasher units have been designed for either filament (EBG108/109) or LED (EBG107) lighting. These units have been designed and tested against appropriate rolling stock standards to ensure a long and reliable operational life.

The Vossloh Kiepe ESW101 voltage monitoring relay is designed to monitor 24VDC on rail vehicles with adjustable upper and lower thresholds.
The Vossloh Kiepe ELS100 and ELS200 solid-state electronic switches are used to reliably switch 24 VDC power consumers up to 50A, free of wear, via a control logic interface. Switching status is indicated with an LED signal and auxiliary relay output. Additionally, these switches have been tested and approved to rolling stock standards EN50155 and EN50121.
The electronic latching relay (Vossloh Kiepe ETR101) is used for alternate switching operations on vehicles. Every control input pulse greater than 6ms will cause a toggle in state of the relay output. Upon the disconnect of power, the relay output will switch off. This output state will remain once the power is switched on.
The Vossloh Kiepe isolation modules RTM101 and RTM102 are used for triggering of electric equipment where a high potential separation is required.
Vossloh Kiepe EZB400 rail approved multifunction relays can be used as an on-delay or off-delay time relay, cut-in or cut-out passing relay or as a flasher relay.
The Vossloh Kiepe STV current relay is used to break a supply voltage to a contactor once a pre-set current setting is exceeded.

The Vossloh Kiepe EBW series of contact voltage monitors allows for the continuous controlling of the contact voltage between the road surface and the chassis of trolleybuses (line voltage DC 600 V/ control circuits DC 24 V).
